If so - they should consider our specialized outsourcing service. Just like an alliance with lenders, they should have an outsourcing alliance with a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.

We are a brokerage primarily focused on commercial real estate transactions, interested in creating alliances with management companies that do not offer brokerage services and real estate brokers whose agents only focus on residential real estate. Management companies can expand their service offering. The difference between residential and commercial real estate is substantial. Beyond comparables; there is information gathering, coordinating due diligence, and much more.

Rather than lose a deal, it is essential to work with an experienced Commercial Real Estate Team. We are straightforward regarding fees. If the deal is worked equitably, we offer a 50% fee split; otherwise it is a 25% referral fee.

We use online tracking systems in which all referred deals are posted, and all deal info will be available along with status reports. Our broker is willing to sign referral fee agreements, with a notary if necessary, to give comfort that should a deal transpire we will pay the corresponding fee.
