Alterra Realty Group is actively recruiting commercial and residential agents.  We offer a variety of commission splits and bonuses based on experience and participation.  In addition, if a current agent helps recruit someone else, the current agent gets a 15% referral fee on all future sales generated by the agent(s) they helped recruit.
